Questionnaire and quote:
To give you the most relevant and informed design possible, I require a fair bit of information about what you need your infographic to represent. Before I even send you a quote, I will send you a questionnaire specific to the creation of this graphic. Your answers will inform my design and help me to gauge what is needed for your new graphic - how complex it is etc. I can then send you a quote. Be sure to read all information contained within the quote before accepting it and engaging the service. Once accepted, the designing can begin!
Concept and revision:
I will then do up a few initial designs. The most relevant of these will be presented to you for any changes. This is called a revision. You get two complementary revisions with each service you engage. Any additional revisions will incur an additional cost. To ensure you get your graphic when you need it, it’s best that you stick to the two revisions and take the opportunity to contribute your invaluable business insights. You know your business best after all!
Approval and payment:
After the revision process is complete, I will send you a watermarked version of the infographic for you to approve. The final artwork will not be released until payment is received within 7 days of the design approval. Payment details will be sent with the watermarked design. I will send an invoice with the final artwork and then you’re in business!
